ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Read these NWLAHBA terms and conditions ("terms") carefully before you ("you", "your" or "yourself"), the customer, accept these terms by: (a) selecting the "Accept" or "Submit" button at customer sign-up, (b) placing an order through NWLAHBA, (c) returning on-line forms, or (d) otherwise using the NWLAHBA website ("website"). If you do not agree to all of these terms, select the "Decline" button at customer sign-up, or do not use this website.

PRIVACY POLICY
NWLAHBA is committed to keeping your private information just that, private. The information you are asked to provide will only be used by NWLAHBA unless specifically stated otherwise. The information gathered is essential in generating prompt, correct orders, and to determine legitimate buyers of alcoholic beverages.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARKS
NWLAHBA name, logos, trademarks, service marks and all other proprietary rights are exclusive to NWLAHBA and shall not be used by any third party without prior express written permission from NWLAHBA. All other designated trademarks and brands are the property of their respective owners. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of NWLAHBA.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND ORDERS
When you create a NWLAHBA customer account or place an order, the information you are asked to supply, such as billing address, shipping address, credit card number, and contact information, is only used to process your order(s). This information is only used by NWLAHBA to tailor E-mails, specials and other publications to the customers' wants. After completing the customer service registration, you will receive your user name and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name, password, and accout information. You agree to contact NWLAHBA regarding any unathorized use of your accout. Please note that various goods and services available for sale on the Internet may be prohibited in your area. If you have any questions, comments, or complaints about the goods and services you purchase through NWLAHBA, please contact us immediately.

SECURITY
All order transactions on NWLAHBA automatically take place on a secure server. Your personal information is encrypted before it is transmitted over the Internet. Credit card companies and banks either cover all the charges or limit your liability to $50; that result from any unauthorized use of your credit card or debit card. This is the maximum liability allowed under the Fair Credit Billing Act. However, you must notify your credit card provider or bank in the event an unauthorized charge has occurred in accordance with that entity's reporting rules and procedures.

TERMINATION
NWLAHBA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of this site, with or without notice.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold NWLAHBA, affiliates, other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your content, your use of the services, including any use by your employees, the use of products purchased or information used from this website.

The owner/operator/NWLAHBA ("merchant") of this public Internet website ("website") shall not be held liable for the failure of any single electronic commerce transaction or any series of electronic commerce transaction authorization failures experienced by one or more end-users accessing this website over any public or private telecommunication system. You agree not to impersonate any person other than yourself. You shall not interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to NWLAHBA. You shall not transmit any content to NWLAHBA that infringes on any patent, trademarks, copyrights, or any other proprietary rights of any party. You shall not transmit any content to NWLAHBA any unauthorized advertising, promotional material, spam or junk mail, or any other form of solicitation. You shall not harass or collect personal data on any other member, affiliate, other partners, or employees using or connected to NWLAHBA. NWLAHBA reserves the right to remove any content that violated these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

These sites may contain information or material that some people may find inappropriate or offensive. GOVERNMENT WARNING
